You don’t need to arrive with all the answers. That’s our job.
Pigmentation or uneven tone? Start with a skin consultation. We’ll assess your skin and talk through whether Pico Genesis or another approach is right for you.
Redness or easily unsettled skin? Let’s look at what’s causing it before choosing a treatment. Your consultation is the place to start.
Breakouts or congestion? A consultation helps us choose the right facial, HydraFacial or home-care plan for your skin.
Texture or fine lines? Ask us about SkinPen and Pico Genesis FX. We’ll explain suitability, recovery and what to expect.
Just want a great facial? Choose On The Day gives us time to find your fit. Or browse Freshen Up, Wow and Fire & Ice.

Let’s plan the order before you book. Tell us what other cosmetic treatment you’ve had, or have booked, and the date.
Facial massage, laser and skin needling can need different spacing around other procedures. We’ll help coordinate your skin appointment with your treating practitioner. Follow their aftercare, and let any swelling, tenderness or bruising settle before another treatment in the same area.
Unsure about the timing? Text us before booking and we’ll help you work it out.
-
Give your skin a little breathing room. The timing depends on what you’ve had done. One rule doesn’t fit every treatment.
After skin needling or laser, avoid saunas, steam rooms and sweaty workouts for the recovery period we give you. For SkinPen, plan to avoid sweaty exercise and direct sun for 72 hours. Laser aftercare can differ, especially if your skin is warm, tender or crusting.
Skip tanning and deliberate sun exposure. Use shade and a hat, and apply sunscreen when your treatment-specific aftercare allows. We’ll explain when to return to your usual routine before you leave.
-
More moisturiser isn’t always the whole answer. Dryness happens when skin loses moisture too easily. Harsh cleansing, hot showers, irritating products, ageing and some skin conditions or medications can all play a part.
We’ll look at your skin and your current routine, then help simplify things and support your skin barrier. If the dryness is persistent, itchy, cracked or inflamed, it’s worth seeing your GP or dermatologist too.
-
Pores are normal. They can become more noticeable with excess oil, congestion, sun damage and the loss of skin firmness over time.
You can’t erase pores, but you can often improve how they look. We’ll assess whether your skin needs help with congestion, irritation or texture, then choose suitable home care and treatment. Scrubbing harder isn’t the answer.
-
Think weeks, not overnight. You may start noticing changes over the following weeks, while fuller results can take several months as your skin remodels collagen.
The timing depends on your skin, what we’re treating and your treatment plan. Scars and texture concerns may need a series of appointments. Early redness or swelling isn’t the final result. We’ll talk through realistic expectations and when to review your progress.

With some spot-pigment treatments, the treated marks darken and form fine crusts before shedding. Allow roughly 7 to 14 days, although the treatment, body area and your skin’s healing can change that timeline. Not every pigment laser treatment causes crusting.
Let the crusts come away naturally. Avoid picking, scrubbing or exfoliating. Follow your aftercare and protect the area from the sun.
If you develop blisters, increasing redness, heat, pain or discharge, contact us promptly; signs of infection also need medical assessment. If the area isn’t healing as expected, check in rather than trying to remove the crusts yourself.
-
Tattoo removal can be uncomfortable. The sensation and recovery vary with the tattoo, treatment area and your individual response. We explain what to expect during your consultation.
